Accommodation comprises of twin bedroom and smart ensuite bathroom with an adjoining sitting room.  There is also a kitchen where you can make tea & coffee.  A continental breakfast is served in the sun room however if requested a cooked breakfast can be arranged.  We can sleep up to 5 persons - ideal accommodation for a family.

Main Bedroom
Double bed OR 2 single beds • adjoining lounge area • located at rear of house with private views out over quiet garden.

En-suite Bathroom
Smart en-suite bathroom with sink, bath, shower, toilet and heated towel rail.

Guest Lounge
Large comfortable sofa bed • adjoining guest kitchen & access to sun room • TV • collection of books.

Guest Kitchen
Fully equipped with fridge, electric hob, oven, utensils, cutlers etc.

Sun Room
Our east facing sun room leads from the guest lounge and opens out onto the garden. It makes an ideal setting for either having breakfast or for relaxing after sightseeing.

Garden
There is access to the garden from the sun room, and if the weather is good you are welcome to have a seat and relax.
